The Firm Behind UAE Notary Service
A practising lawyer does not automatically become a private notary. Article 31 of Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2022 permits a practising lawyer to perform private-notary duties only where the statutory conditions for private-notary admission are satisfied. Our website therefore describes our work carefully as legal advice, drafting, review and coordination of notary-related matters unless a formal notarial act is expressly being performed by the competent authorised notary.
A Legal Practice Built Around the Document's Real Purpose
Clients rarely approach us because they want a stamp for its own sake. They want to sell a property while living abroad, authorise a manager, change a company record, settle a dispute, authenticate a foreign certificate, send a formal notice or prepare a document that another authority will accept.
That is why our starting point is the transaction. We identify the legal purpose, the parties, the authority that will receive the document and the steps that follow execution.
Our Notary-Related Legal Services
Power of Attorney
General and special POAs, corporate POAs, property POAs, banking and transaction-specific authorities, overseas execution and revocation issues.
Corporate and Commercial Documents
Resolutions, company amendments, shareholder and manager documents, settlement agreements, undertakings, guarantees and foreign parent-company documentation.
Property Documents
POAs and supporting legal documents for sale, purchase, mortgage, gift, handover and property management, subject to the relevant property authority's requirements.
Attestation and Cross-Border Documents
Foreign documents for UAE use, UAE documents for overseas use, MOFA/embassy pathways, legal translation and corporate legalisation planning.
DIFC and ADGM
These are treated as distinct jurisdictions. DIFC Courts now operates its own Notary Service under its 2025 framework. ADGM Courts operates a digital Notary Public in partnership with ADJD. Their rules should not be mixed with mainland processes.
Our Working Principles
Accuracy before speed. Prompt service is useful only when the document is legally suitable.
Legal oversight of our document work and of the guidance published on this site rests with the practice’s senior lawyer — see who reviews our legal content for the scope of that review and its limits.
Authority-specific drafting. A generic template is not a substitute for the requirements of a court, registrar, bank, property authority or free zone.
No guaranteed outcomes. Acceptance, notarisation, registration and processing remain subject to the competent authority.
Clear separation of charges. Professional legal fees should be distinguished from official notary, translation, attestation, courier and registrar charges.
Confidential handling. Clients should provide only documents reasonably necessary for review and processing.
UAE-Wide Support From Dubai
Our office is based on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. We coordinate matters across the Emirates according to the authority that has competence. The correct route can be Dubai Courts, ADJD, the federal Ministry of Justice framework, a property authority, a free-zone registrar, DIFC, ADGM, MOFA or another competent institution.
Our Legal Document Approach
We identify the legal outcome first, then the competent authority, signatory capacity, supporting documents, language, authentication requirements and downstream registration. This avoids presenting “notary service” as a single universal procedure.
