Contact Our UAE Notary & Legal Document Team

Tell us what the document has to achieve and who has to accept it, and we will reply with the likely route, the supporting documents needed and the fees involved. Most avoidable delay comes from drafting before the receiving authority’s requirement is known, so the first exchange is usually about the transaction rather than the paperwork.

What to Include in Your Enquiry

A practising lawyer does not automatically become a private notary. Article 31 of Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2022 permits a practising lawyer to perform private-notary duties only where the statutory conditions for private-notary admission are satisfied. Our website therefore describes our work carefully as legal advice, drafting, review and coordination of notary-related matters unless a formal notarial act is expressly being performed by the competent authorised notary.

Tell Us What You Need the Document to Achieve

A useful first enquiry is short but specific. You do not need to know the legal name of the service.

Tell us:

  • what the document is intended to do;
  • who will sign it;
  • where the signer is located;
  • which Emirate, free zone, bank, court, registrar or authority will receive it;
  • whether a draft already exists;
  • whether any document was issued outside the UAE;
  • your required completion date.

Documents You Can Send for Initial Review

Depending on the matter, send the draft, passport/Emirates ID copies, company licence and constitutional documents, resolution, title deed, transaction agreement, foreign certificate or any rejection/checklist received from the authority.

Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive records. If additional documentation is required, the legal team can identify it after the initial review.

Corporate Enquiries

Companies with recurring POAs, resolutions, attestations, amendments and commercial documents may request a structured professional arrangement. Special professional rates can be discussed according to volume and scope. Official government, notary, translation, courier and third-party charges remain separate.

International Enquiries

Overseas clients should ideally contact us before signing or legalising a UAE-use document abroad. Reviewing the wording first can avoid repeating an overseas notarisation/legalisation chain.

Our office is in Dubai, while legal-document matters can be coordinated across the UAE according to the competent authority and jurisdiction.

We identify the legal outcome first, then the competent authority, signatory capacity, supporting documents, language, authentication requirements and downstream registration. This avoids presenting “notary service” as a single universal procedure.

Corporate clients with recurring document requirements may enquire about longer-term professional arrangements and special professional rates based on scope and volume. Official and third-party charges remain separate.
